Ah macaroni salad. I can't say I have always admired the creamy concoction, but as I've gotten older it's appeal has grown. I don't have a recipe, but I can share what I put into mine that makes it where each savory, spicy, crunchy bite leaves you wanting more. Ingredients: small elbow macaroni, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, peas, cucumber (seeds removed), pepperoncini, Best Foods Mayo, apple cider vinegar, pepperoncini liquid, plenty of salt, pepper & cayenne. All vegetables diced and add all of the rest of the ingredients to taste. Key is to let it refrigerate for at least a couple of hours to allow the flavors to marry. Bon Appetite!
